Obama Forced into Duty to Save Democrat Mid-term Election

This close to mid-terms, most Oval Office occupants would be touring the country, shaking hands, and trying to get their candidates into office.

This weekend, Joe Biden was in Delaware.

It was Obama that was on the campaign trail.

Obama to the Rescue

Why? Few Democrats want Joe making an appearance because of his low approval rating and gaffe-filled speeches.

Even more insulting for Joe is that Jill Biden is hitting the trail... it is just Joe that they do not want.

Matt Gorman, vice president of Targeted Victory, stated, "I think it's exactly where Democrats want him to be.

"They don't want him within 100 miles of any competitive race."

Former Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway stated, "Biden is back in the basement in Delaware while his Democratic Party struggles to retain control of the House and Senate.

"This is fitting, given that Biden's disastrous policies and habit of ignoring the will of the people as expressed in polls has contributed to his own disapproval rating and the existential threat to a Democratic majority."

The only candidate that seems to want Joe Biden around is John Fetterman in PA, he of the campaign that squandered a double-digit lead in about 60 days.

Meanwhile, Obama campaigned for Democrat Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer in Detroit, Democrat Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers, and Democrat Senate candidate Mandela Barnes.

Changing minds is not exactly Obama's strong suit, however.

While he remains popular, during his eight years in office, Obama was in the red across the board with Democrats in elections.
