Obama Called Out by Strategist for Catering to Elites

Democrats are still trying to figure out how they failed so badly in the 2024 election.

Now, fingers are starting to point at Barack Obama, who many believe got caught up in his new circle of elites.

Many members are now saying that the party has lost touch with the working class, the core of the voting block of the party, and Barack Obama is the perfect example of how that happened.

Cashing In

Listen, if I am being honest, the presidency today is more of a way to get rich than anything else.

The Clintons and Obamas are a perfect example of how poor politicians can change their lives by getting into the White House and cashing in.

The Clintons were in debt when they went into the White House and deeper in debt when they left, yet today, they have a net worth of about $120 million, and that is probably a conservative estimate.

I don’t think Barack Obama would have been approved for an American Express card when he became president, yet he and Michelle now have a net worth of about $70 million, which, again, is probably a conservative estimate.

Between the book deals, podcasts, speaker engagements, and streaming deals, these guys cash out for big bucks the second they leave office.

Obama is now traveling on super yachts with big Hollywood directors.

I think Obama ran for the right reasons, but after getting in there, you saw how his policies changed, as he started to cater to people like George Soros and his big donors, proving he was just another politician.

Only with Obama, he forgot to keep the charade going, showing his true colors throughout this election, which is why an anonymous Democrat strategist told The Hill that there is a crisis in the party, and it is one that Donald Trump has taken advantage of.

The source, in part, stated, "I don’t know exactly when Democrats lost their comfort with populism, but I don’t think it was because Trump picked it up.

"I think Trump picked it up because Democrats gave it up during the Obama years, when they started chasing Silicon Valley money and Obama wanted to appeal to college-educated people who think populism is icky and uneducated."

Trump not only captured the hearts and votes of the working class, but he also hurt Democrats significantly with the minority vote, and if they don’t have minorities, their party is done in terms of winning the presidency.

But guess what… there is no way that Barack and Michelle are going to give up that posh lifestyle to pretend they are working class again, so the Dems are going to have to find a new face and do it soon if they plan on making a move in 2028.
