New York City Mayor Eric Adams has been making waves with Joe Biden over the border situation.
Ever since Texas started to share the wealth of illegal immigrants coming over the border, Adams has been having a hissy fit.
In March, Adams was put on Biden's campaign advisory board, but since he has been spouting off at the mouth, he has been removed.
See Ya!
Politico reported, "Adams is among several lawmakers who were initially named to the president's National Advisory Board in March but no longer appear on a roster of 50 prominent Democrats released by the campaign Wednesday."
The board is made up of 50 Democrats who are supporting the Biden-Harris ticket. It is the "rock stars" of the party, if you will, even though they are all pretty much duds. Included on the list are Sens. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, Cory Booker of New Jersey, and Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota, reports Fox News.
Adams removal comes after a scathing rebuke against the White House regarding the border situation.
Last week, Adams stated, "It is not about the asylum-seekers and migrants, all of us came from somewhere to pursue the American Dream. It is the irresponsibility of the Republican Party in Washington for refusing to do real immigration reform, and it's the irresponsibility of the White House for not addressing this problem."
Adams has also accused the government of turning its back on New York City. And, just like that, he is off the committee.
I have a question… New York has received fewer migrants overall than Texas sees on a weekly basis. So, if the government is turning its back on New York City, what would Adams say the government is doing to the states of California, Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona?
Adams is considered a rising star in the party, so Biden kicking him out of his little club could be something that comes back to bite him in the future.
I am looking forward to seeing the interaction between Biden and Adams during the campaign season, as I would imagine Adams is not very happy about getting stiffed like this.
