NY AG James Files Lawsuit Over Abortion Pill Reversal

New York Attorney General Letitia James has managed to get some headlines again.

This time, however, it has nothing to do with Donald Trump.

James has filed suit regarding the availability of a popular abortion pill treatment.

Pro-life centers around the country are under attack.

James is part of that problem, now going after pro-life pregnancy centers for offering abortion pill reversals.

James recently filed a complaint against 11 different pregnancy centers, including one that has already been attacked by abortion activists after the Dobbs decision was leaked.

James contends that these centers are making “false and misleading statements” about treatments these centers are offering to reverse chemical abortions.

James has accused these centers of “fraud, deceptive business practices, and false advertising under New York law.”

CompassCare CEO Rev. Jim Harden responded to the suits, stating, “Based on NY AG Letitia James’ irresponsible record of protecting big abortion, it appears that her lawsuit against us is a smokescreen to obscure the rampant malpractice and fraud that is the chemical abortion industry ahead of an anticipated June Supreme Court decision on that very subject.”

As James fights this case against pro-life centers in court, Governor Kathy Hochul has already earmarked $36 million of the state’s budget to help fund abortion organizations.

Abortion will continue to be a top headline during elections for the foreseeable future because Democrats and Republicans will never see eye-to-eye on this.

While the GOP has recently stated it would be willing to draft federal legislation in the 15 to 20-week range with exceptions for incest, rape, and the mother’s health, Democrats are taking an all-or-nothing approach solely because they really don’t want to solve this issue.

They love to use it just like reparations to stir voters up every election cycle.
