Nevada Court Permits Removal of Green Party from Presidential Ballot
Democrats love to talk about free and fair elections, but that is only as long as they benefit the Democrat Party.
There are various ways to try to rig an election that is technically within the rules, and the Dems are working overtime to do that during this cycle.
It’s rather amusing how they are working to remove a candidate that will hurt Kamala Harris while wanting to keep Kennedy on the ballot, who has already withdrawn from the race simply because he hurts Trump.
Legal Rigging
In several battleground states run by Democrats, the Democrats in charge of the election process are trying to deny Kennedy's request to be removed from the ballot after he has already withdrawn from the election.
It makes no sense that they are fighting him on this since he and Joe Biden left the race right around the same time.
After all, if they can trade out Biden for Harris, they should be able to remove Kennedy, right?
In other states, Dems are trying to take Jill Stein off the ballot because she draws votes away from Kamala Harris.
To that point, on Friday, the Nevada Supreme Court overturned a lower court ruling that would have permitted Stein to be on the ballot (and to be clear, she is running for office).
The court ruled 5-2 in favor of the ballot removal, stating, “The Green Party did not substantially comply with the requirements for circulator affidavits, and thus, the Green Party’s signatures must be invalidated.”
The Green Party, under which Stein is running, has maintained that it was provided the wrong documentation from the state, arguing the documents they were given “contained the wrong circulator affidavit, specifically the one used for circulating initiative or referendum petitions, instead of the correct circulator affidavit for minor party petitions for ballot access.
“The Green Party was not merely provided an incorrect form, rather, they were affirmatively told by the Secretary of State’s office that the correct form the Green Party originally provided in their petition was outdated and they were affirmatively directed by the Secretary of State’s office to use the specific form provided by that office in moving forward with their petition.”
This is legal rigging of the election, influencing the vote in certain states to suit your needs.
These are the types of moves Democrats are making that the mainstream media will not even report, but it could be the difference in who wins the state.
My opinion, if you are running, you should be on the ballot, period. And if you are out, take the name off the ballot.
Anything else should be considered election interference.
