NE Supreme Court sets up Election Day abortion showdown

The Supreme Court of Nebraska just gave a YES that likely left former President Donald Trump smiling.

Nebraska's Supreme Court just set up a huge abortion decision that the PEOPLE of Nebraska must make.

Voters in the state will have to choose their stance on abortion once and for all and make a key decision.

The Nebraskan ballot has two measures duking it out -- one pushed by pro-choice advocates and one pushed by pro-life advocates.

One would allow females a right to abortion “until fetal viability,” while the other would codify the current abortion ban after 12 weeks.

The current law in Nebraska does allow abortion in cases where the life of the mother is in danger and also allows abortion in the case of rape and incest.

Vice President Kamala Harris was all too quick to accuse Trump on the debate stage, saying he would sign a national abortion ban if he were elected DESPITE Trump having already voiced that he is not entirely against abortion.

“As far as the abortion ban, no, I'm not in favor of an abortion ban, but it doesn't matter, because this issue has now been taken over by the states. I believe in the exceptions for rape, incest and life of the mother. I believe strongly in it. Ronald Reagan did also. Eighty-five percent of Republicans knew exceptions are very important,” Trump has previously said.

The topic of abortion has always been a prevalent and intense topic of discussion in this country, but it truly is up to the states to decide.

Kamala Harris should be ashamed of herself for labeling Trump as something he is not and should know better than to try to force HER beliefs onto others.

What she is doing is no different than what she has CLAIMED Donald Trump will do.

Where do you stand on this issue?
