Nancy Pelosi: 'I Take Responsibility' for J6 chaos

Nancy Pelosi has been in politics for many years, but her entire legacy could eventually come down to three words she was just caught admitting on camera.

"I take responsibility."

Pelosi made the comments to members of her staff while scurrying away in a getaway car on January 6, 2021.

Unless you've been living under a rock, you're well aware that that was the day that America's Capitol was attacked.

Nancy Pelosi was supposed to be in charge of security that day.

She obviously didn't do a good enough job.

"We have responsibility, Terri. We did not have any accountability for what was going on there, and we should have," Pelosi can be heard saying in the video.

She was talking to her Chief of Staff, Terri McCullough.

"This is ridiculous. You’re going to ask me in the middle of the thing when they’ve already breached the inaugural stuff should we call the Capitol police — I mean the National Guard?" Pelosi ranted.

"Why weren’t the National Guard there to begin with?"

A female voice then came from off-camera. It seemed like the voice was trying to alleviate Pelosi of wrongdoing, but Pelosi knew she had goofed up.

"They thought that they had sufficient resources," the female voice said.

"They clearly didn’t know!" Pelosi shot back. "And I take responsibility for not having them just prepare for more."

This video evidence only further validates Donald Trump's claim that Nancy Pelosi should be held responsible for the events of that tragic day.

If Pelosi had done her job correctly, it's possible that nobody would have passed away because of the riot.

"Nancy Pelosi was in charge of security. She turned down 10,000 soldiers. If she didn’t turn down the soldiers, you wouldn’t have had Jan 6," Donald Trump has said.

He might be right.
