Elon Musk Promises ‘More Smoking Guns’

Friday night, Elon Musk dropped a treasure trove of information regarding censorship that impacted the 2020 election.

After seeing the documentation, Musk went so far as to accuse Twitter of interfering in the election.

Now he is promising even more "smoking guns" in upcoming drops.

Just the Tip of the Iceberg

Musk has promised that he wanted to regain the public's trust.

As such, he is willing to open the books on Twitter and its policies prior to him taking over the platform.

To that point, Musk stated, "We're just gonna put all the information out there try to get a clean slate we will be iteratively better and it will force other media companies to also be more truthful or else they'll lose their readership."

If I had to guess, Musk is about to start spilling the beans on algorithms for reach.

He stated that there was "a very different standard applied to Republican candidates in the U.S. versus Democrat candidates."

Musk added, "It's frankly the behavior that is to be expected from an organization that is based in San Francisco which is far left."

Now, this is not exactly a surprise to those of us on the right who have also had our accounts limited in reach.

This is something we have all been complaining about for years.

I can tell you from experience that I had an account with more than 5,000 followers and most of the time I would get zero interaction on posts.

I had more than a few readers tell me the only way they saw the post was if they went directly to my account, so it just became a complete waste of time to post. I am fairly confident there are thousands of people in this business that experienced the same frustrations.

I cannot help but wonder if he is also opening up the platform for some massive lawsuits.

After all, many of us were advertising for followers on Twitter, while at the same time Twitter was limiting our reach. There has to be some type of fraud that was committed there.

It is the same thing that I have said about Facebook for years.

Even if that never happens, former Twitter leadership is going to be spending a lot of time on the Hill once the GOP takes over.

The beauty of that is that they will have a cooperative party in that Musk will be more than willing to turn over any information the GOP wants to take down these people.
