Migrants Released into US via Biden CHNV Program Charged with Rape

Avoidable crimes… that is what I like to call crimes that are committed by illegal immigrants who should not be permitted into this country.

I count the migrants who were permitted to enter the country via Joe Biden’s controversial parole program dubbed CHNV.

This stands for migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela, who are among the 30,000 migrants per month permitted to enter the country on humanitarian parole for two years.

Go Back

The program was one of Joe Biden’s ways to stop the surge at the border, correction, it was a way to juggle the numbers to make it appear as though he was doing something about the surge at the border.

Biden created an app and told the migrants that if they used the app and they were from one of these four countries, they were virtually guaranteed entry.

Reading reports from experts who have analyzed the data, many of the migrants that have been released to our interior via this program would have had their asylum claims denied, which is why I count them in with the millions of illegals that Biden has allowed to enter his country.

One of those parolees is Cory Alvarez, the 26-year-old Haitian national.

Alvarez was recently charged with raping a 15-year-old girl at a hotel in Massachusetts.

The Biden administration claims all of these individuals have been screened for a threat assessment, and only those that have passed are permitted.

However, we also know that Secretary Mayorkas has bent the rules on this, judging for himself if those with records can enter or not.

Well, last Wednesday, a young girl lost her innocence because of one of Biden’s migrants, who allegedly raped the young girl.

According to local police reports, they were called to a Comfort Inn last Wednesday night on a report of a sexual assault.

That hotel serves as housing for migrant families, and Alvarez was among those living at the hotel.

Now the DHS is trying its best to provide cover by stating, "The Department cannot comment on ongoing criminal proceedings beyond the standard information provided by ICE.

“That said, the alleged crime is heinous, individuals should be held responsible to the fullest extent under the law."

Yes, it is heinous, as was the murder of Laken Riley and hundreds of others who have suffered assault, theft, or abuse at the hands of an illegal or a “humanitarian” parolee of Joe Biden’s.
