Melania Trump shares photo of Barron voting (for his father) for the first time

Barron Trump, the youngest child of President-elect Donald Trump and Donald's only child with his wife Melania, cast his ballot in a presidential general election for the first time on Tuesday, as Melania Trump shared a photo of the milestone.

“Voted for the first time – for his dad!” Melania tweeted about the NYU freshman, who is attending Sterns Business School in New York and living in his parents' Trump Tower penthouse.

Barron wore his signature blue suit to vote in Florida where his family has its permanent residence. At 6-feet and 8-inches, he towered over the voting partition in the photo shared by his mom.

The family was all together in Florida to witness his father's victory over Vice President Kamala Harris and running mate Tim Walz.

Good advice

Barron reportedly advised his father on which podcasts he should give interviews to, including the immensely popular Joe Rogan podcast.

He also advised the president-elect ways he could increase his share of the youth vote, which he did by over 5%.

Melania Trump has spent years sheltering Barron from public life while he was growing up in the White House and even after the family left that residence when Trump left office.

Now, however, he seems to be ready to take a more public role, in his father's business, anyway.

New ventures

He recently helped his brothers launch a new cryptocurrency venture, and his father praised him for being knowledgable about blockchain.

“Barron’s a young guy, but he knows – he talks about his [crypto] wallet, he’s got four wallets or something, and I’ll say ‘what is a wallet?’ But he knows it inside out," Trump said proudly at the time of the launch.

Bitcoin soared to over $75,000 when Donald Trump was declared the winner of the presidential race early on Wednesday, a record-breaking value.

The major stock market indexes also hit record highs on the news of a new (yet old) leader.

Business leaders are generally bullish on the idea of another Trump presidency, given that the economy was roaring at a record pace before the coronavirus pandemic interfered with Trump's success.

Melania is no doubt excited about the prospect of her husband making America great again, just in time for Barron to exit college and begin to make his own mark on the world.
