Melania Trump Rare Public Appearance at Rosalynn Carter Tribute
There has been a Melania Trump sighting.
The former First Lady and wife of Donald Trump led the parade of former First Ladies during the tribute ceremony held for Rosalynn Carter at the Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church.
As Melania led the women into the ceremony, there was a sheer look of disgust on the face of Michelle Obama, who appeared to be giving Melania the death stare as they entered the church.
After Melania and Michelle Obama, Laura Bush and Hillary Clinton followed.
There has been much made about Melania not appearing by Trump’s side during the campaign or his trials.
Trump has explained this away as Melania not being one to seek the limelight and, quite frankly, disapproving of his behavior on the campaign trail.
Trump told a rally crowd recently that she told him that some of his behavior, such as his dancing at rallies, is “not presidential.”
Melania, however, has always been a bit of a recluse, especially after marrying Trump and having Barron.
Even so, she recently gave Fox News an interview, expressing her support for her husband.
Melania stated, “He has my support, and we look forward to restoring hope for the future and leading America with love and strength.”
When Donald Trump was recently asked about his wife joining him on the campaign trail, he stated, “When it’s appropriate, but pretty soon.
“She’s a private person, a great person, a very confident person and she loves our country very much…And honestly, I like to keep her away from it. It’s so nasty and so mean.”
Honestly, I do not blame Melania for staying behind the scenes because the media goes after her every chance it gets.
By far, she has been treated with more disrespect than any First Lady in modern history. Let me put it this way... Jill Biden has a fashion cover as First Lady, and Melania Trump was snubbed.
