Melania Trump praises husband in first interview after election win
First lady Melania Trump just went public with her true feelings about her husband, President Donald Trump’s election victory.
What she had to say has made the news!
“It's incredible. And, we are very, very busy… I'm establishing my transition team. And also, working on my office, putting my office together, and also, you know, organizing the residence and packing. It's incredible what you need to do when in that situation,” said Melania Trump during an interview with Fox News.
Melania went on to say how this time around as First Lady is already completely different than her first run as first lady.
‘Well, this time is very different because we already know where we are going. And, we have all of the plans from before, so we don't need to go back in. My team is in contact with the White House, so, that's a plus. But we have all what we need,” Melania Trump explained.
Mrs. Trump also went on to explain that the country is different than the last time her husband took office.
‘I think because we've been there and he was there before, and now it's different. I think the energy is different. People around him are different. I see that the country and the people really supported him. And they support him. He's focused to make this country great again. And he's better. It's incredible,” she went on.
And of course, being the proud mother that Melania Trump is, she also took a moment to praise her son Barron, who is blossoming into quite the incredible young man!
“He's a grown young man. I'm very proud of him -- about his knowledge, even about politics, and giving advice to his father. He brought in so many young people. He knows his generation,” Melania said proudly.
Melania has a right to be proud of her family and we are pleased to see her in such a positive headspace before moving into the White House.
She has an incredible team and family by her side!
The next four years just might be looking up!
Do you think Melania Trump will do a good job as first lady come January?
