Melania Stirs Things Up with Post About Constitution on X

Former First Lady Melania Trump is stirring things up on social media, and I would imagine Democrats are getting ready to attack.

With her new book out, Melania has been a bit more active as of late, raising her profile instead of just touting the book.

She did it again with a post on Saturday regarding the raid at Mar-a-Lago.

The Fourth Amendment

Melania started her video by summarizing the Fourth Amendment.

Then she appears in the video, stating, “I never imagined my privacy would be invaded by the government here in America.

“The FBI raided my home in Florida and searched through my personal belongings.

“This is not just my story, it serves as a warning to all Americans, a reminder that our freedom and rights must be respected.”

Trump’s home was raided on August 8, 2022, by the FBI after Trump had been in discussions over classified materials that were being stored at Mar-a-Lago.

Authorities had collected some documents in June after a subpoena was issued, then one of Trump’s attorneys signed a letter that all classified information had been turned over.

There was speculation, however, that some documents remained, so the raid was then ordered in August.

During the raid, hundreds more documents were recovered from Mar-a-Lago, with Trump later being charged for holding the documents.

The case went before Judge Aileen Cannon, a Turmp appointee, who eventually threw out the case, but that ruling is being appealed by Special Counsel Jack Smith.

Even if Smith wins the appeal, however, this case will never see the inside of a courtroom before the election.

In fact, Donald Trump has managed to get all the cases that could send him to jail delayed with legal maneuvering.

If Trump wins the election, I suspect these cases will all be put on ice. If Trump loses, then the question is if Dems still want to go after him after having eliminated him from the presidency.
