Former Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly got heartbreaking news this past weekend.
Kelly revealed that her sister, Suzanne Crossley, died of a heart attack on Friday.
She was only 58 years old.
Struggling...
Kelly noted that her sister had been struggling as of late.
She stated that her sister had not been in "very good health over the past couple of years," and there had been "sort of one problem after another."
Even so, her death was completely unexpected.
Kelly stated that she immediately went to spend time with her family after the family found out that she had passed.
She further stated that this was a "a reminder to hug the people you love, right?
"How short and tenuous life is, and how important it is to stay close to the people you love.
"You know, we can't all be perfect on that front, but we can make a little effort day by day just to, you know, shoot a text, or return a call."
You could definitely tell that she was struggling to get through the show...
I cannot imagine the pain of that loss.
Coming from a large family myself and being the youngest, that day will surely come far too soon for me, and I absolutely dread it.
Our thoughts are with you, Megyn.
