Media Calls Out Biden for Decrying Poison Politics While Smearing GOP

A press gaggle aboard Air Force One on Wednesday got a bit heated.

The media decided to do its job and call out Biden for talking out of both sides of his mouth.

A journalist was drilling White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre about Biden's Christmas address narrative compared to comments he has made about Republicans.

Tell It Like It Is

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was holding the gaggle when a reporter threw a wrench at her.

The reporter asked, "In the president's Christmas address he called for Americans to reject the poison of politics, but last year he compared his political opponents to segregationists, labeled them semi-fascist. Don't comments like that contribute to political poison?"

She responded, "Look, the president is going to call out what he sees. That is his job as a president. He has talked about how our democracy has been under attack, how we have to protect our democracy.

"As you know, last year he made two incredibly important speeches on that. He's gonna call that out, but at the same time … he's optimistic. He believes there [are] still possibilities to bring the country together, and that's a big reason why he was elected back in 2020."

So, once again, she failed to answer the question that was asked.

Biden has a tendency to lump all conservatives and Republicans into a single barrel regardless of what they believe.

He has given at least two national speeches that were utterly disgusting and divisive, so he does not get a pass when it comes to dishing out political poison.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy's spokesman Chad Gilmartin stated only last week, "How does Joe Biden get away with this phony unity rhetoric after he smeared half the country as domestic terrorists and compared anyone who opposes his radical agenda to segregationists?"

Let's not also forget how Biden treated people that did not want to take the vaccine.

To quote Townhall.com managing editor Spencer Brown, "Spare us, you old grinch."
