House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) is getting everyone riled up over what could possibly happen when Congress comes back from its recess.
McCarthy has already put Biden on notice that an impeachment inquiry could be on the agenda if they find that the DOJ was interfering in the Hunter Biden investigation, reported The Hill.
Now he just dropped another bombshell on the Biden camp.

McCarthy wants his committees to have the requested bank statements to verify payments allegedly made to Hunter Biden from foreign entities.
Now, the payments were obviously not wired directly into the Biden bank accounts, but they eventually made their way there.
We know the Bidens had a rather intricate network of accounts to funnel this money before it was put into someone’s hands.
Regardless of how complicated that network was, a good forensic accountant will be able to trace it to find its origin.
Thus far, the GOP has been unable to get the precise documents it needs to verify this information.
To that point, McCarthy stated, “If [the Bidens] provide us the documents, there wouldn’t be a need for an impeachment inquiry.
“But if they withhold the documents and fight like they have now to not provide to the American public what they deserve to know, we will move forward with impeachment inquiry when we come back into session,” reported the Daily Beast.
This all comes down to, if you have nothing to hide, then give up the information, right? Is that not the argument that Democrats used when Trump refused to turn over his tax returns?
Well, let’s see how they play now that the shoe is on the other foot.
