House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) has finally taken the bait.
On Tuesday, McCarthy announced that he is ordering the House to conduct an impeachment inquiry of Joe Biden, reported CBS News.
McCarthy laid out the evidence against Joe Biden, which will be met with significant resistance.
Doomed to Fail
Those of you who read my posts regularly know that I want Joe Biden brought to justice.
An impeachment, however, is not the way because it is doomed to fail in the Senate as well as the media.
Regardless, McCarthy is committed to 2024 election suicide by moving forward with the impeachment.
In laying out the evidence, McCarthy stated, "Eyewitnesses have testified that the president joined on multiple phone calls and had multiple interactions, dinners, resulting in cars and millions of dollars into (sic) his son’s and his son’s business partners."
While many media outlets have ignored this narrative overall, there have been some tidbits that were reported.
For instance, there is this report about Biden transactions being flagged…
CBS: “More than 150 transactions involving either Hunter or James Biden's global business affairs were flagged as concerning by U.S. banks for further review.”

The Wall Street Journal also reported, "One email alerted Hunter to a call the Vice President made to then-Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko—at the same time Hunter was on the board of Ukrainian gas giant Burisma."
Another showed Hunted Biden "using his business email in 2014 to write to his father’s 'robinware' account, asking the veep to call him before making a specific government staffing decision. Joe replied: ‘Re Johnny call me right away Dad.'"
McCarthy concluded, "Despite the serious allegations, it appears that the president’s family has been offered special treatment by Biden’s own administration — treatment that [they] not otherwise would have received if they were not related to the President.
"These allegations paint a picture of a culture of corruption. These are allegations of abuse of power, obstruction, and corruption.
"And they warrant further investigation by the House of Representatives. That’s why today I am directing our house committee to open a formal impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. This logical next step will give our committees the full power to gather all the facts and answers for the American public."
I have already been checking social media for reactions, and I am astounded at the number of reporters already narrating this as an impeachment without a shred of evidence.
They are regurgitating White House and Democrat talking points to discredit the impeachment as revenge for Donald Trump.
You think Trump supporters were energized over the "witch hunt," well, wait until you see how this energizes Democrat voters.
We just gave Democrats the rallying call they needed to get more support for their House candidates as well as Joe Biden heading into 2024.
Mark my words, this will have a huge impact on 2024, showing once again that party leadership is only good at blowing amazing opportunities to capture Congress and the White House.
Just imagine how the headlines will read after a handful of Senate Republicans side with Democrats and refuse to impeach Joe Biden.
