Every time I hear Secretary Mayorkas open his mouth, it makes me want to scream.
It is lie after lie after lie, and he is doing it again in regard to an alleged "plan" he has post-Title 42.
If he really had a plan, it would have been put in place months ago, and it would be running full bore by the time Title 42 had ended.
Give Me Time
Mayorkas is asking for time, but this administration has already had two years, and what have they done?
It bounces right off old Alejandro, though. To that point, he stated, "Even after nearly two years of preparation, we expect to see large numbers of encounters at our southern border in the days and weeks after May 11th.
"We are already seeing high numbers of encounters in certain sectors. This places an incredible strain on our personnel, our facilities and our communities with whom we partner closely.
"Our plan will deliver results, but it will take time for those results to be fully realized. And it is essential that we all take this into account," reports Fox News.
Do you want to know what their plan really is? To release just about every one of these illegals into the country while lying about deportation efforts until the surge at the border calms down, which it will not do for some time.
Mayorkas, again, pointed to Congress, stating, "I cannot overemphasize that our current situation is the outcome of Congress leaving a broken, outdated immigration system in place for over two decades. Despite unanimous agreement that we desperately need legislative reform.
"It is also the result of Congress's decision not to provide us with the resources we need and that we requested," reports CBS News.
Correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't Joe Biden in the Senate for close to four decades? Was he not a VP not so long ago for eight years? Did he not have a Democrat-run Congress for his first two years in office?
If the system has been broken for the last two decades, just go to 1600 Pennsylvania and point the finger at the old dude shuffling around the building.
Our immigration system was working fine for four years when Joe Biden was finally removed from government. The second he got back in, it was broken again.
That is not a coincidence.
