Man Who Tried To Kill Brett Kavanaugh Being Protected By DOJ
For some reason, there's one case that Joe Biden's Department of Justice doesn't seem too eager to take care of:
The "slam dunk" case against the man who allegedly tried to kill Justice Kavanaugh.
The Washington Free Beacon is reporting that experts are BAFFLED as to why Joe Biden's DOJ is slow-walking a case against the man who is accused of trying to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, despite apparently having plenty of evidence.
Roske was indicted for the attempted murder of a Supreme Court justice nearly two years ago in June of 2022 after it was claimed that he had travelled from his parents' home in California to the suburbs of Washington, D.C., with the intent to kill Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
Born a biological male, Roske sometimes identified online as a transgender woman, and was apparently upset over the leaked Supreme Court draft opinion overturning Roe v. Wade.
After arriving at Kavanaugh's house via taxi, Roske called the police on himself and was eventually found with a "suitcase full of guns, ammo, zip ties, and other tools to carry out the attack."
The case seemed pretty open and shut.
Roske knew what he was doing, seemed fully aware that he intended to kill Kavanaugh and was planning on carrying it out.
For some reason though, America's liberal Department of Justice just hasn't been able to get moving on the case.
"It’s noteworthy that after nearly two years, there is still no trial date or plea agreement in this case," said Gerard Filitti, senior counsel at The Lawfare Project. "While pretrial motions would resolve questions about the admissibility of some of the evidence, including statements made by Roske, there is no underlying procedural reason why it would take this long to get to trial."
Do you think that America's Department of Justice will start taking Kavanaugh's case seriously anytime soon?
I bet they'd be moving a little bit faster if it was a liberal at the center of the situation!
