I honestly thought I had heard of everything in politics... until today.
Mike Itkis, who describes himself as a "liberal independent candidate," has a rather unique approach to politics.
With everything that is going on in the world right now, what is his main issue?
Sex positivity.
Itkis wants to tackle the negative image of sex workers.
As part of his commitment, he made a porn video and uploaded it on PornHub.
He shot the video with adult film actress Nicole Sage.
On his video, he stated, "If I would just talk about it, it wouldn't demonstrate my commitment to the issue.
"And the fact I actually did it was a huge learning experience, and it actually influenced items on my platform."
He will be running against Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.).
So, my friends, it would appear that we are going to be stuck with Nadler for another two years.
