Majority of likely voters support an FBI Investigation of Liz Cheney
Donald Trump has been saying it for a while, and now it appears as though most of America is in agreement:
Liz Cheney should be investigated by America's FBI.
Former VP Dick Cheney's daughter was a key member of the House Jan. 6 Committee, which was dedicated to tying Trump to responsibility for as much of the J6 unrest as possible.
Some House Republicans feel that Cheney twisted the evidence and facts in order to make Trump seem more involved in the riots than he really was.
Many people feel as though liberals may have actually been behind the event, or at least were intentionally lax with security in order to let the rioters cause as much destruction as possible so that they could blame Trump for the fiasco.
One of the tricks of which Cheney has been accused is tampering with "at least one" witness who spoke to the partisan panel.
Cheney has directly said that she should not go to jail for alleged wrongdoing, but America wants to at least learn the truth before agreeing with her.
According to a recent Rasmussen Reports poll, 57% of likely voters think that America's FBI should be investigating the former lawmaker.
The idea has gained a lot more support after House Administration Oversight Subcommittee chairman Barry Loudermilk released his report on the Jan. 6 Committee on Dec. 17. Loudermilk's report indicated that the partisan committee "'neglected or withheld evidence' from its final report and 'deleted voluminous records it should have preserved.'"
According to Breitbart, Loudermilk put forth three key ideas after looking in to the matter:
1. Former Representative Liz Cheney colluded with “star witness” Cassidy Hutchinson without Hutchinson’s attorney’s knowledge.
2. Former Representative Liz Cheney should be investigated for potential criminal witness tampering based on new information about her communication.
3. Cassidy Hutchinson’s most outrageous claims lacked any evidence, and the Select Committee had knowledge that her claims were false when they publicly promoted her.
Loudermilk also alleged that in January, investigators discovered that 117 files related to the January 6 Committee had gone missing, presumably deleted by the panel's members.
