Biden’s Anticipated Chief of Staff Linked to Fraud Allegations

Word broke this week that Chief of Staff Ron Klain is running for the exit door.

There have been rumors about Klain leaving for quite some time, but I would have to think the classified document scandal has made this a no-brainer for him.

He will probably go on to some seven-figure job, write a book about the administration that will make him millions, and be done with politics.

With Klain leaving, that means Biden needs another corrupt right hand, and he is reportedly already settled on Jeffrey Zients.

Sound Familiar?

If the name sounds familiar, it should, for several reasons.

First, Zients has already worked in this administration as Biden’s Coronavirus Response Coordinator. He had served in that position from day one until April of last year.

Prior to that, Zients had also worked in the Obama administration. If you recall, he was on the team that rolled out Healthcare. Gov. And we all remember how successful that was.

Between the Obama and Biden administrations, Zients served in leadership positions for numerous healthcare companies, and this is where it starts to get interesting.

These companies were forced to pay huge fines for Medicare and Medicare fraud.

That, however, is not the only controversy tied to his name, as he was also had a stake in Pediatric Services of American Healthcare (PSA Healthcare) at the time he was doing work for Obama, which led to accusations of a conflict of interest.

As to the scandals, Portfolio Logic, which was founded by Zients, had to pay $6.8 million in fines for defrauding Medicare and Medicaid in charges related to PSA Healthcare.

Another company that was part of Portfolio Logic, Amedisys Home Health Companies, settled a case for $150 million with the DOJ for Medicare and Medicaid fraud.

One could almost come to the conclusion Biden’s suspected new Chief of Staff formed a company specifically to try to defraud Medicare and Medicaid, only he got caught.

He is another Democrat elitist, allegedly with a net worth that could be as high as $443 million, and a noted fraudster.

Welcome to the White House, Mr. Zients, you will fit right in with all the other crooks.
