Lindsey Graham Grills TikTok CEO

South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham has heard all he needs to hear, and he's reached a decision.

TikTok is not our friend.

His specific claim is that TikTok is "being used to help people who want to destroy the Jewish state."

I mean, it's not a surprise that TikTok would be working against the allies of America.

TikTok's parent company ByteDance, is actually controlled by the Chinese government.

Maybe now you understand why so many people are hesitant to install what might amount to Chinese Spyware on their phones?

By going far enough up the chain, you can see that the Chinese government is in charge of of TikTok.

That's why it's so dangerous to have our citizens mindlessly absorbing the content for hours per day.

Fox News came under heavy fire for taking money to play TikTok advertisements during Republican debates.

TikTok has already been found to have improperly used the data of Americans in the past.

It didn't just happen to one person, which means we already have proof that TikTok has bad intentions.

Once may be able to be excused as an accident, but any more than that, and things start to get scary.

Graham also criticized TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew to his face recently at a hearing for being shady about TikTok's finances.

TikTok claimed it was about to spend $2 BILLION on trust and safety efforts.

That staggering number made Graham wonder just how much money the company is actually making off of Americans' data:

"I just think $2 billion sounds like a lot, unless you made $100 billion. So the point is, when you tell us you’re going to spend $2 billion, great! But how much do you make? It’s also not just about children, the damage being done. Do you realize, Mr. Chew, that your TikTok representative in Israel resigned yesterday?" Graham wondered.

Israel is our friend.

TikTok is not.
