Letitia James Faces Pressure To Prosecute Jon Stewart

New York Attorney General Letitia James has been prosecuting former President Donald Trump for the accusation of committing fraud by largely overestimating the worth of his properties and assets.

Now, though, her decision to go after Trump is backfiring on James!

Famous Comedian Jon Stewart overvalued his duplex by nearly 900%.

This is the same crime that Trump has been accused of.

It only recently came to light despite him selling his home nearly ten years ago.

Now, there’s just one question on everyone’s mind:

Will General James prosecute Stewart for the exact same crime as Trump?

If not, why?

What is the REAL difference in this situation?

We are sure that Trump’s attorney, Alina Habba wants to know the answer to that question.

According to Comedian Eric Abbenante, Habba sent a big message to Attorney James.

Abbenante took to X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, to share Habba’s reaction to the news.

“Alina Habba's reaction to Jon Stewart overvalued his home by 829%: ‘Is he going to be investigated for 3 years? Where are you Tish? You going to go after your own? 'No one is above the law!' Show me. Why don't they use the same consumer statute like they used against Trump?’” Abbenante wrote in the recent post.

Representative Mike Collins also took to X to send a big message to Letitia James.

“Look forward to Letitia James sending the NYPD to haul Jon Stewart to jail and seize his property,” Mike Collins wrote on X in response to an article about Jon Stewart’s 2014 house sale.

Long story short, if James does not prosecute Stewart, she is a hypocrite.

NO ONE is above the law.

Democrats do not get to pick who the law applies to and who it does not.

James MUST prosecute Stewart or admit she has been going after Trump for reasons that are truly unacceptable.
