Legal expert skeptical Supreme Court will buy Biden's transgender arguments

One of the reasons that Kamala Harris wasn't able to defeat Donald Trump in 2024 is the fact that Americans are sick and tired of the "woke" politics in America.

Democrats used to be the party that could say it was sticking up for the safety of Americans, but that's morphed into simple pandering as they struggle to buy votes from vulnerable demographics.

One of the places that liberals like to play fast and loose with reality is when it comes to transgender ideology.

Many Americans feel as though liberals have gone way off the deep end when it comes to things like how many genders there are, who should play sports with who, and what bathrooms people should be using.

While Democrats try to frame it as being compassionate, we know what they're really doing is trying to pander to easily swayed portions of society.

Thomas Jipping, senior legal fellow for conservative think tank the Heritage Foundation, recently explained why he thinks Joe Biden's transgender arguments are not going to hold up now that they have reached the U.S. Supreme Court.

Simply put, Jipping thinks Biden's legal argument regarding transgender ideas "will fail."

"The argument opposing the law has to create a parallel between the puberty blocker Tennessee law and previous Supreme Court precedent that involved a higher or tougher legal standard," Jipping said about this specific case. "That's what they're trying to do because the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit upheld the [Tennessee] law under a very deferential standard. If that's where it stays, Tennessee will win in the Supreme Court."

The Supreme Court recently heard to oral arguments in a "high profile case which could pose challenges to the more than two dozen other state laws banning transgender medical procedures for minors," according to Fox News.

Let's hope Biden's bizarre ideas are REJECTED by the Supreme Court. We're all about compassion, but we're also fans of common sense.

Liberals have gone too far in the direction of insanity in an attempt to please a small section of the population.

It's pretty clear which party you should trust when only one knows which bathroom to use!

Boys should play sports with boys, and girls should play sports with girls. Any argument otherwise is generally not in good faith.
