For what I believe is now the fourth straight day, missiles have rained down on Ukraine from Russia.
Once again, this was not a strategic attack.
This was yet another blatant attack against a civilian target that should be considered a war crime by Putin.
More Dead Civilians
This time, Putin attacked the town of Avdiivka, which is just outside Donetsk.
A local market was hit, killing seven and injuring another eight civilians.
The deputy head of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, stated, “This morning, Russian fighters shelled the market in Avdiivka.
“The Russian military needs more blood, more death and more destruction.
“This is a hunt for the lives of peaceful citizens.”
There was also shelling in the south and east on Wednesday.
Vitali Kim, the regional governor of the Mykolaiv region, stated, “The Russians’ main goal appears to be keeping us in fear.”
Nine drones and eight missiles were shot down, or this would have been much worse.
Children were again among the dead and wounded, yet the world continues to sit by and let Putin carry out Hitleresque attacks.
