Kennedy Blocked from Being on New York Ballot

Any hope that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. had of winning the 2024 election was pretty much just destroyed.

A judge has ruled that Kennedy cannot be on the ballot in the state of New York.

This is because she believes that Kennedy was using a fraudulent address on the petition to make it appear that he resided in New York when he actually lives in California.

Denied

Kennedy was predicably fuming after the ruling came down.

He stated, “They aren’t confident they can win at the ballot box, so they are trying to stop voters from having a choice.

"We will appeal, and we will win.”

Kennedy has a small room that he rents in New York where he pays $500 per month, and maintains that even though he is currently living in California, he considers New York his home state and plans on returning there.

He continues to practice law in the state as well as paying state taxes.

The judge, however, stated, “Given the size and appearance of the spare bedroom as shown in the photographs admitted into evidence, the Court finds Kennedy’s testimony that he may return to that bedroom to reside with his wife, family members, multiple pets, and all of his personal belongings to be highly improbable, if not preposterous.”

Kennedy rents the room from a woman named Barbara Moss, but he has only been renting that room since May 20, 2024.

Moss also testified that Kennedy has only stayed in the room one night since he started renting it, so we can see why the judge believes the address is for political purposes only.

This is not good news for Democrats because while Kennedy’s campaign was hurting Joe Biden, it is actually helping Kamala Harris.

Having said that, with the support that Kennedy is getting right now, I don’t really believe he will impact this election in the way that I once did.

His overall support is now around 5%, where he was once at 12% and rising.

If Trump loses, it will be because of state-run media, not Kennedy’s campaign.
