Kari Lake Confirms She Will Not Run for Office Again

Kari Lake has hurt the Republican Party rather significantly over the last two elections.

She ran for governor against an official who followed the Joe Biden game plan by hiding out in her basement after racist allegations were made against her... and lost.

Then she ran for the Senate in the last election, again losing a very winnable election for a seat the GOP really needed. Thankfully, she will not run for office again.

I know a lot of Trump supporters like Kari Lake, but I am not one of them.

To me, she was trying to cash on in making herself the female version of Trump, right down to claiming the election was stolen from her when she lost.

The only problem was that nobody was really buying her act.

She and Trump both should have gotten the message when she lost her gubernatorial election, but Trump turned around and endorsed her again for a Senate seat, and she lost again.

Lake has now announced that she will not run again, once again blaming the corrupt election system, but she really has no proof that anything happened other than her being an awful candidate.

She stated, “We know the movement that we have in Arizona, and I will never take that for granted. But there is a corrupt machine here that is hellbent on making sure I never hold office. So, I won’t put my family (and myself) through the torture of running again.”

I would like to know how the system is corrupt if Trump won the state by 5.5%, yet she lost her election by 2.4%.

That is not a corrupt election system that cost you; you lost because people don’t like you.

Donald Trump has a soft spot for Lake, so I am sure he will find a role for her in his administration, but at least we don’t have to worry about her losing any more elections and costing the GOP key seats.
