Durham Probe Judge Tosses One Charge Already

When the Durham probe first started, I was very skeptical that anything of significance could come from it.

When indictments started to come out, I got a little excited, but not too much.

Only because I knew...

I knew that the outcome was already determined unless we got Trump judges in this case.

I am being proven right.

Dismissed

U.S. District Judge Anthony Trenga has already acquitted Igor Danchenko on one charge of lying to the FBI.

Quite frankly, we are probably lucky the case is still in the courtroom and has not been completely dismissed, as the defense had hoped.

Trenga is a George W. Bush judge who was placed in his most recent post by Chief Justice Roberts, so you can see the lineage here.

Durham has already presented his case.

The defense has declined to make its case, putting all hope on the premise that Durham failed to present any real evidence that Danchenko lied.

Closing arguments are going to begin on Monday.

As I have stated before, if Durham does not get a guilty verdict in this case, this entire probe was for naught.

All it will have done is feed Democrats ammunition to use in the upcoming election.
