Judge Says Kennedy Can Sue Biden Administration Over Censorship

The bad news just keeps flowing against the Biden administration in news related to Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

A few days ago, a judge ruled that Kennedy’s suit against the Biden administration can proceed.

The suit is centered around the censorship of a charity that was questioning the use of vaccines.

Let’s Proceed

On Friday, Kennedy had suspended his campaign for president in the 2024 election.

This had to be considered a major blow to the Harris campaign, as polling shows that Kennedy was pulling for Trump.

To add insult to injury, Kennedy threw his support behind Trump, hopefully enabling Trump to pull that 5% to his campaign, which would give him the edge, especially in key battleground states.

And that would include the Blue Wall states of PA, MI, and WI.

On Tuesday, Biden and Harris suffered another blow from Kennedy when a federal judge ruled that his suit against the Biden administration regarding the censorship of the Children’s Health Defense charity could move forward.

This is Kennedy’s charity, which has openly questioned the safety of vaccines.

U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty stated, "The Court finds that Kennedy is likely to succeed on his claim that suppression of content posted was caused by actions of Government Defendants, and there is a substantial risk that he will suffer similar injury in the near future.”

The charity's mission is "ending childhood health epidemics by eliminating toxic exposure,” so you can see why this is important to Kennedy and a major blow to the Biden administration.

I have raised questions myself about the COVID-19 vaccine, noting that we have seen a high percentage of children’s deaths since the vaccine was introduced.

Now, am I saying that the vaccine is the reason for all these young athletes having heart attacks and dying?

Not at all, but I am saying that it is worth investigating because as far as I can tell, the volume is unprecedented, only causing more concern because of the number of cases that involved high-profile athletes in high school and college.

It should not be an evil thing to ask questions, yet when that question hurts Democrats, we have seen them being censored over the past few years.

That needs to stop, and these questions need to be answered.
