Judge Rules Giant Trump Sign Can Stay Put

Once again, people are getting “offended” when they see Trump signs, but this one is a little different.

A local manufacturing company is New York was being challenged on its desire to put a 100-ft “Vote for Trump” sign atop its building.

The challenge fell flat, however, and the court ruled that the sign should be allowed to stay and that it could be illuminated.

Light It Up

Anthony Constantino, the CEO of manufacturing company Sticker Mule, also has a PAC that is supporting Trump.

He wanted to do a little something more, however, so he had a 100-ft sign put atop the plant, which was capable of being illuminated.

The city, however, was challenging his right to light the sign, contending that it violated ordinances and was unsafe.

The municipality, Amsterdam, which is about 35 miles NW of Albany, stated that the sign should be considered hazardous because it could create a distraction for drivers passing by.

Initially, Montgomery County Supreme Court Justice Rebecca Slezak had placed an injunction against lighting the sign, but that was lifted on Monday.

Constantino responded, “We are all set to light it up!

“My lawyers told me that I’m within my rights to go ahead as planned.”

Sal Ferlazzo, Constantino’s lawyer and general counsel for Sticker Mule, confirmed that the lighting would proceed as scheduled.

He stated, “All I know is tonight the party is on and the lighting will occur and there is no court order prohibiting the lighting and display of the sign.

“So it’s obviously a nice victory for Anthony and his team.”

Constantino was set to hold a rally for Trump featuring Republican activist Joe Pinion, MMA fighter Tracy Cortez, and two former UFC champions, Kelvin Gastelum and Henry Cejudo.

The excuse used by the city is complete and utter nonsense, as though drivers have never seen a sign of this nature in the past.

This was a bunch of Democrats upset over there being a Trump sign in their city, nothing more.
