Judge Rejects Effort to Dismiss Case Regarding Funding of Terrorists

There have been allegations from Republicans regarding the aid that Joe Biden has been forcing Israel to supply to Palestine.

Much of that aid, as I am sure you assumed, is being supplied with American supplies and money, as well as other NATO countries.

The GOP has filed suits against the administration to investigate the matter, which Biden has tried to block.

Not Happening

Biden’s efforts to block these cases fell flat, after a federal court denied the administration’s efforts on Friday.

The initial lawsuit was filed by Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX), the former White House physician, how has turned himself into public enemy #1 for this administration.

At issue is the aid that is being supplied and likely stolen by Hamas as well as a program that is paying stipends to imprisoned terrorist and even their families.

Jackson stated, “The law is clear that taxpayer dollars should not be funding Palestinian terrorism.

“This critical decision will help to hold the Biden administration accountable and ensure that the national security of the United States and Israel is prioritized over the illegal funding of terrorism with American taxpayer dollars.”

Biden has continued to fund the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), which we know has direct links to terrorists.

A recent report estimated that roughly 10% of UNRWA staff are tied to these terrorist groups and some of them were even involved in the planning of the Hamas attack against Israel on October 7.

Even though Congress passed legislation to ban the funding to UNRWA, and Biden signed it, that funding has apparently continued.

America First Legal senior vice president Reed Rubinstein added, “Biden officials knew that by unlawfully overturning the existing Trump administration’s ‘no funds’ policy and violating the Taylor Force Act, U.S. taxpayers would end up subsidizing Hamas’s tunnels and missiles and the corrupt Palestinian Authority’s obscene pay-to-slay bounty program.”

Biden is literally funding both sides of this war with our tax dollars, yet the media, for whatever reason, is completely ignoring the story as well as Biden’s defiance to congressionally passed legislation.
