Judge Refuses To Block 'Jim Crow 2.0' Voting Law For 2024

Liberals have a special name for anything with which they don't agree:

Racism.

Do you think that identification should be required to vote in America's presidential election?

According to liberals, that makes you a racist.

Do you think that people should be allowed to immigrate to America when it suits them, provided they do it legally?

According to liberals in America, that makes you a racist.

Do you think that all Americans are created equal and deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of their skin color?

According to liberals in America, that also makes you a racist. You can only not be a racist when you claim that people with white skin are not as good as people with Black or brown skin in America. Liberals say that this is because anything whites have in their lives was only gained because of unearned privilege.

Liberals in America maintain the idea that white citizens deserve nothing that they have and are actually inferior to all other races.

If you don't agree with them on that, they call you a racist.

That's why they named a new Georgia law trying to ensure fair elections "Jim Crow 2.0."

Fortunately for supporters of common sense, the judge overseeing the case threw out the liberal challenge to the election laws.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was ecstatic about the decision:

"Today, the court confirmed what we’ve been saying all along," Raffensperger said. "S.B. 202 strengthens election integrity while increasing the opportunity for Georgia voters to cast a ballot."

What do you think about this story?

Did the judge make the right decision by throwing out this challenge to the law, or should he have let things play out in the courts?
