America thought that Hunter Biden's plea deal was already set in stone and that America's First Criminal would somehow be avoiding prison for multiple gun and tax charges.
Not so fast.
It's not a STRONG possibility, but there is still a possibility.
That possibility would come in the form of the Delaware-based judge set to preside over Hunter Biden's court appearance set for later this month.
New allegations by IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley have brought to light new evidence that probably would have changed the outcome of Hunter's trail had it been pursued.
Multiple former Department of Justice officials are putting pressure on the judge to reject Hunter's sweetheart deal that he got before America knew all of the facts about the case.
America is a Democracy, right? So why not listen to the people?
An absurd 55% of American voters "disagree with the deal prosecutors made with the president's son."
Americans aren't stupid. They know that if you, I, or any Republican in America committed the same acts that Hunter Biden did, we'd be behind bars.
IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley is a current IRS agent who has worked for more than 14 years with the agency.
Shapley oversaw part of the investigation into Hunter Biden, and it was in that role that he witnessed multiple instances of obstruction of justice.
According to Shapley, his department was pressured not to follow leads that could implicate Joe Biden in Hunter's mess, and his team wasn't even allowed to follow up on all of the leads implicating only Hunter.
What do you think about this story? Obviously, we know that Hunter Biden probably isn't going to end up behind bars, given who his father is, but should he? Most of America seems to think so.
