Judge Orders Michigan Districts To Be Redrawn

Federal Judges in Michigan have officially made the ruling:

Redraw the maps.

Apparently, the federal judges have decided that 13 of Michigan's House and Senate districts are unconstitutional and that they will need to be redrawn.

The three-judge panel made the ruling on Dec. 21 and ordered the Secretary of State to not allow any elections to occur in Michigan until the 13 districts are redrawn.

Their argument was that the current map had been based on primary data that was incomplete.

As a result, the map "was incomplete in order to have Black voting age percentages that would 'guarantee a Black-preferred candidate could make it through the primary to the general election,'" according to the Detroit News.

"Yet these experts told the commissioners again and again — based on general election data alone — that black-preferred candidates would 'perform well' in these districts," the judges' opinion read. "That was a grave disservice to everyone involved with this case, above all the voters themselves."

The Black Detroit Democrats, who challenged the maps, have until Jan. 2 to submit briefs regarding how the districts should be redrawn.

Regardless of how you feel about this particular case, one thing is clear:

There absolutely are things that can be done to influence elections.

Even liberals seem willing to admit it when looking at a case like this, but when it comes to Donald Trump? Well, when it comes to Donald, they say that he is lying whenever he suggests that there may have been some irregularities to the 2020 election.

I'm not saying that the election was stolen, I'm just saying that a lot of little irregularities have popped up in elections over the past couple of years for people to still be saying that there are never any problems within our election processes.
