Judge Implies Obama Suspect Was ‘Taking Orders’ from Trump

I hate to say I told you so, but…

The man who was recently arrested outside of Barack Obama's home after reposting a Trump Truth Social post has finally gone before a judge.

And, just as I prognosticated, the judge all but put this on Donald Trump.

While he never mentioned Trump specifically in his decision, it was very clear that is the person he was insinuating gave Taylor Taranto his "orders," reports NBC News.

Giving the Orders

Taranto is being held in custody until his trial because U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui believes he is dangerous.

However, he tempered that by saying this is not Taranto's fault, that we as a nation have failed this man.

As he continued, he stated that it was not fair because Taranto thought that he was "taking orders."

The judge was referring to a Trump post on Truth Social that Taranto has reposted before heading over to Obama's with a cache of weapons.

On July 7, I posted a report about the initial arrest, stating, "Well, if that original post is legitimate, Trump had provided Obama's address and the way this DOJ works, they will probably try to hit Trump with some type of charge of inciting violence against Barack Obama. Honestly, it would not surprise me if AG Garland took the approach that Trump published the address to silently call for attacks against Obama... that is how nuts these people are.

"With Obama being a former president, you can imagine the charges the DOJ can dream up against Trump on this one.

"And if you think I am stretching here, remember that Democrats have repeatedly accused Trump of encouraging violence via Twitter posts that he made with "hidden" messages, so this is not really the stretch some are making it out to be.

"Believe me, if Garland and company can tie this to Trump, they will do it."

Based on Judge Faruqui's statement, I hit the bullseye on that one.

If that is the case, then this should all be fair game.

In the midst of the rioting in 2020, which was a culmination of the George Floyd death and the Jacob Blake death, Kamala Harris appeared on late-night TV with James Colbert.

He commented to Harris, "I know there are protests still happening in major cities across the United States, I'm just not seeing the reporting on it that I had for the first few weeks."

Harris replied, "That's right. But they're not gonna stop. They're not gonna stop, and this is a movement, I'm telling you," via USA Today.

As we know, the rioting continued, with our streets being set on fire, businesses damaged, and police being threatened, injured, or killed on an almost daily basis during this stretch.

We can also go back to a 2020 statement made by Senator Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), who stated, "I want to tell you, Gorsuch; I want to tell you, Kavanaugh: You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won't know what hit if you go forward with these awful decisions," reported USA Today.

Remember the maniac that turned himself into police who wanted to kill Kavanaugh? Or how about Kavanaugh being chased out of a restaurant when activists got in his face?

So, if Trump posting an address is an"order" to go after Obama, how come nobody considered the words by Schumer or Harris orders? We can even go back to Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) telling her supporters at a rally, "Let's make sure we show up wherever we have to show up. And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere."

After those words, then Press Secretary and now Arkansas Governor Sarah Sanders found herself being threatened at a local restaurant. The same thing happened to Fox News personality Tomi Lahren when she was out dining with her parents.

If Trump gave an order, then so did every one of them. So, go ahead, try to go after Trump on this, but if you do, you are kicking open a door where we have far more proof than you do Judge Faruqui!
