It would appear that Donald Trump is not the only one losing big court decisions this week.
Former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki has lost a filing of her own.
Psaki was hoping to avoid having to give a deposition in the case being brought against numerous White House officials for possible influence to multiple social media outlets.
Judge Terry Doughty, however, had other ideas.
Gonna Need to Testify
The suit originated from Republican Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry.
The case was filed in May against numerous White House officials, stating that President Joe Biden and administration parties, including the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS), had collude with big tech to “suppress disfavored speakers, viewpoints, and content” on their platforms with “dis-information,” “mis-information” and “mal-information” labels.
Psaki had filed her motion last week to block the deposition, but that motion, as noted above, has been rejected.
In addition to Psaki, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Anthony Fauci, FBI Supervisory Special Agent Elvis Chan and Surgeon General Vivek Murphy are required to submit to a deposition.

The judge accused Psaki of trying to do an “end run” around the previous ruling by trying to quash the subpoena.
He further stated, “The public interest lies in determining whether First Amendment free speech rights have been suppressed.”
This goes well beyond COVID, as we know.
It was only COVID that brought about the fact that everyone was in cahoots to censor objecting opinions, many of which, by the way, were far more accurate than what this administration was putting out at the time.
I have no doubt they suppressed free speech, but I am very curious to see what happens to them for having done it.
