Judge Cannon denies Trump's motion to dismiss charges

It's no secret that America's corrupt liberals have been getting preferential treatment from Judge Arthur Engoron and Judge Juan Merchan up in New York, but there's at least one judge in Donald Trump's trials who is determined to call things fair and square, regardless of which party it benefits:

Liberals across America have recently been accusing Judge Cannon of being corrupt because she hasn't ruled against Trump as often as they would like.

Well, maybe they can finally stop whining for a few minutes, as Cannon has just delivered a decision that Donald Trump and his team are NOT going to like very much. It completely REVERSES the trend that liberals think they've been seeing.

Donald Trump was trying to have at least some of the charges against him in Florida dismissed, but Judge Cannon didn't agree.

She recently released an official decision regarding Trump and other defendants' request to have at least some of the charges against them thrown out.

The short answer was "no."

The long answer was "the identified deficiencies, even if generating some arguable confusion, are either permitted by law, raise evidentiary challenges not appropriate for disposition at this juncture, and/or do not require dismissal even if technically deficient, so long as the jury is instructed appropriately and presented with adequate verdict forms as to each Defendants’ alleged conduct."

Jack Smith is probably thrilled about this decision.

At the very least, it helps his public perception a little bit during a time when his credibility has been tanking further and further.

Even the bumbling Alvin Bragg was able to luck into 34 guilty convictions with little evidence and unreliable witnesses, but Jack Smith hasn't been able to mount nearly as fearsome of an attack.

When you're severely trailing Alvin Bragg in any task, it's time to step your game up, Jack.

Liberals aren't trying to pursue justice, they're simply trying to keep Trump off of the campaign trail.

Whether he's in the courtroom or a jailhouse somewhere doesn't matter to them, they just want him gone.

Their celebrations over this ruling prove exactly that.
