John McCain's Daughter Calls 'The View' Hosts 'Crazy Old People'

Meghan McCain, the daughter of former U.S. Senator John McCain and a television personality in her own right, just spoke out about what really went on during her time co-hosting the well-known talk show The View.

McCain appeared on The View for two years, and during that time experienced abuse from her co-hosts.

It all came out when McCain made a recent appearance on the podcast YOU'RE WELCOME.

McCain called out what really happened during her time with The View.

During her time co-hosting the show, McCain said she experienced a “toxic environment” on a daily basis, specifically surrounding her co-hosts, who McCain says “bullied, yelled at,” and “abused” her.

“I just didn’t know that when I signed to do this show that I’d have to deal with like, these crazy old people just yelling about me all the time,” McCain said.

McCain also spoke on how hard it is to fully remove herself from the show even years later.

“The thing about The View is that I didn’t know when I signed my contract with ABC that this is forever,” McCain said.

Oddly enough, the current hosts of The View still bring McCain up as a topic of discussion after all this time.

McCain also touched on how irritating this can be for her and even said she believes her former co-hosts were “obsessed” with finding ways to talk about her.

“I can’t go a week without something being said about me on the show,” McCain said.

McCain also touched on how she wishes to cut all ties with the show and just “live life” on her terms without any further disturbances from her former co-hosts.

We do find it odd that these hosts find ways to continue to mention McCain's name even after all this time has passed since her days on The View.
