Joe Rogan Calls Out Liberals For Leaving Twitter

Celebrity podcaster Joe Rogan is mocking liberals for saying they will leave twitter now that Elon Musk is calling the shots.

"Rogan discussed recent happenings on the platform during his Friday episode alongside guest model, singer, and actress Suzanne Santo," reported Washington Examiner. "Both shared laughs over many who had left the platform because of Musk, as they reported seeing improvements."

"Have you been paying attention to Twitter, how Twitter’s now fact-checking all Biden statements?" Rogan said.

Rogan Calls Out Biden's Inaccurate Tweets

"Every time Biden says something and posts it on Twitter, Twitter’s, like, nope, actually, that’s not true. Like this is, this is inaccurate," Rogan continued.

Rogan's comments were in reference to President Joe Biden getting fact-checked via a community note last week.

"Let me give you the facts," Biden's tweet said. "In 2020, 55 corporations made $40 billion. And they paid zero in federal taxes. My Inflation Reduction Act puts an end to this."

"A new feature of the platform, called 'Community Notes,' added some context to the tweet after it was posted," reported Washington Examiner. "Readers can now upload links for the platform's approval to fact-check tweets and provide accurate information. A subsequent community note clarified that 'out of the 55 corporations the tweet references, only 14 had earnings greater than $1 billion and would be eligible under Biden's tax law.'"

"Meanwhile, the White House opted to delete one of its tweets that was fact-checked by the social media company," reported Washington Examiner. "It also claimed in a tweet that thanks to Biden, seniors got the largest increase in their Social Security check in 10 years, but another community note clarified it was due to the annual cost of living adjustment, which is calculated by the inflation rate."

"But they're doing it for everybody too — it's not just him. Which is fair," said podcast guest, model, singer, and actress Suzanne Santo. "But what I cannot understand is people being, like, I’m leaving Twitter because, without censorship, this will be the death of democracy. Are you f***ing serious? Like, how dumb?"

"It’s wild. But it’s also a thing you’re supposed to say, 'I’m leaving Twitter because Elon Musk is evil,'"Rogan said.. "Yeah, like, having him run Twitter, I think is going to be great. I think it’s going to be very interesting."
