Joe Biden sets stage for post-presidency payoff

I feel pretty safe in saying that most people who run for office in this country do not do so out of a sense of serving the people.

They run for office to get rich.

To that point, after leaving the White House, Joe Biden has signed a deal with Creative Artists Agency to represent him as he moves forward in the post-presidency bounty.

Time to Cash In

Virtually every president in modern history who was elected president as an “average” man went on to great wealth after becoming president.

Bill Clinton was in debt up to his ears when he left the White House, and now he and Hillary have a net worth of about $120 million, and that is being conservative.

Barack Obama probably would have been refused a line of credit at most banks, but now he and Michelle are worth about $70 million.

Joe Biden was not worth very much until he served as Obama’s VP, but today he is worth about $10 million, a number that will be significantly more in a just a few years.

To that point, Biden now has a high-profile agent, with CAA co-chairman Richard Lovett stating, “President Biden is one of America’s most respected and influential voices in national and global affairs.

“His lifelong commitment to public service is one of unity, optimism, dignity and possibility. We are profoundly honored to partner with him again.”

I cannot help but laugh at that claim because Biden was a disaster on foreign and domestic policy during his presidency, yet you better believe the liberal horde will pay big money to hear him talk and bash Trump and conservatives over the next few years.

In case you were wondering, this is the same company that represents the Obama media company, so the thinking here is that Biden will have a podcast and streaming deal in place very soon.

The biggest earning potential for any president is the first two years after leaving office, so while we have not seen Joe out on the speaking circuit just yet, it is only a matter of time before he is bringing down high-six figures to stand on the dais and tell everyone about all the wonderful things he did and how Donald Trump is a racist… a racist that Joe said, “Welcome home” to when Trump pulled up at the White House on January 20.

It is all theater, my friends, but it is theater the liberal horde loves.
