President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Anthony Blinken are facing a new lawsuit from a government watchdog group.
"The Biden administration has shipped more than a half billion U.S. taxpayer dollars to the Palestinian Authority without verifying that the organization isn’t funding terrorism, according to a federal lawsuit," reported Fox News.
The plaintiffs are victims of terrorism and Republican Represent Ronny Jackson of Texas.
Biden Facing Lawsuit
The lawsuit is being led by America First Legal, a government watchdog group.
"Joe Biden is breaking the law by allowing our tax dollars to fund terrorism in Israel, and he must be stopped," said Ronny Jackson.
"I have deep respect for my fellow plaintiffs who have been tragically and directly impacted by Pay to Slay, and I am proud to be on the same team as we hold this failed administration accountable," Jackson added.
"The only relief that plaintiffs seek is to force the government to comply with the law," commented Reed Rubenstein, the AFL's director of oversight.
"We want to enforce accountability and transparency," Rubenstein said. "These so-called NGOs are reporting to the Palestinian ruling government. For the administration to try to separate the NGOs from the ruling regime is ludicrous."
