President Biden, at one of the most inopportune time possible, has fallen back onto one of his old vices.
Young girls.
For years, we saw footage and photos of Joe Biden continuing to make female after female very uncomfortable with the ways he touched them, grabbed them, and spoke to them.
Maybe Americans had just been focusing on other things recently, but this is something he seemed to get under control in recent months.
Not anymore.

Unless you're Joe Biden and the stranger is an unsuspecting preteen.
