Jim Biden Used Brother's Name to Help Biden Family Members Get Jobs
Jim Biden leveraged his brother's name and connections within the White House to support a rural healthcare provider, which in turn secured positions for three Biden family members, insiders disclosed.
According to an email obtained by Politico from a source close to Americore, a healthcare firm currently embroiled in a $100 million Medicare fraud case, Jim employed his brother's influence as vice president to advance the company's interests.

Jim engaged as a consultant for Americore in 2017 following his brother's eight-year tenure as vice president. Former Americore executives informed Politico that Jim also intended for Joe to join the company's board and proposed that his brother could endorse Americore during a future presidential campaign.
Insiders revealed that Jim utilized his fraternal relationship to negotiate deals and make presentations, securing funding for drug rehabilitation, cancer treatment, and laboratory testing for the company.
The report surfaced amid ongoing scrutiny of the Biden family's business activities, coinciding with an impeachment inquiry regarding such matters.
Politico further detailed Jim's efforts to secure investment from Middle Eastern sources for Americore's expansion, which ultimately failed to materialize, contributing to the company's collapse, leaving debts unpaid and patients untreated. Americore remains under investigation for alleged Medicare fraud totaling $100 million.
According to Politico, at least three relatives of the president found employment at Americore, including Jim's wife Sara and his son Jamie.
Documents reviewed by Politico revealed meetings between Hunter Biden, the company's CEO, and his personal physician, Kevin O'Connor, along with Jim and the hospital president.
The roles played by these family members within the company remain unclear, as none responded to inquiries. Similarly, the White House declined to comment on the matter, as per Politico.
Jim's attorney, Paul Fishman, asserted that his client conducted himself ethically and has not faced criminal charges. A White House spokesperson declined to engage with the story, Politico reported.
Americore filed for bankruptcy in 2019 amid lawsuits and a federal fraud investigation. The company accused Jim Biden of failing to repay $600,000 in loans. Although an investigation did not directly implicate the president in the fraud, it noted indirect benefits from his brother's involvement with Americore.
