Jill Biden received tens of thousands of dollars in gifts from foreign leaders in 2024: Report

It looks as though the dishonesty and favoritism in politics isn't relegated to only the male members of the Biden family.

Jill Biden might be the worst of them all.

According to DailyCaller.com, first lady Jill Biden collected tens of thousands of dollars in gifts from foreign leaders throughout 2023, per documents released by the State Department.

Among the gifts that Jill Biden received were:

A $20,000 diamond weighing 7.5 carats from Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

A $2,000 Eye of Horus necklace.

An Egyptian Wood Inlaid Shell Purse.

A $14,000 brooch from the Ukrainian ambassador. (Could this have anything to do with the gobs of aid Joe Biden is sending to the country?)

Kishida Yuko, spouse to the prime minister of Japan, gave Jill Biden calligraphy titled "The Ship in the Sky," valued at $2,500.

The first lady of the Republic of Tunisia gave Jill Biden over $3,000 worth of scarves and sweets.

While Jill Biden might have received the most outrageous gifts, Joe Biden has been happily accepting them as well.

According to DailyCaller.com:

President Joe Biden also received gifts, sometimes in tandem with the first lady, the documents show. On one occasion, Biden received $2,400 collage from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, according to the annual accounting documents. Biden was also gifted a $3,160 sterling silver tray from the Israeli President Issac Herzog, the documents report.

From the president of India, Biden received a carved sandalwood box, a book titled, “The Ten Principal Upanishads,” a statue and oil lamp, all valued at $6,232, the documents show. In another gift, the now-impeached South Korean president gifted Biden a commemorative photo album valued at $7,100, according to the documents.

Many Americans are struggling these days, and it would be nice if our elected leaders understood that.

Instead of palling around with the world's elite, Joe Biden should be making sure that every single last American is taken care of before letting himself or his family accept gifts like these.

Public servants are not supposed to get fabulously wealthy while serving in elected office, something that Democrats seem to have forgotten long ago.
