Jill Biden Gets Vogue Cover While Being Accused of Keeping Joe in the Race

Jill Biden has not been immune to the fallout from the debate.

In fact, after Joe’s disastrous performance, many are accusing her of “elder abuse.”

Meanwhile, Jill is grabbing her own headlines for having been given the cover of the most recent edition of Vogue.

Fashion Icon?

Jill has more or less taken over Joe’s presidential campaign, seemingly speaking and appearing more than Joe in recent months.

To that point, she often tells the American people how she can relate to the tough times everyone is feeling right now.

Yet, there she was on the cover of Vogue, sporting a $7,000 designer outfit and accessories.

The Ralph Lauren dress costs more than $2,800, and the earrings she is wearing on the cover cost a cool $4,550.

The interview was actually conducted before Biden’s debate flop, but that matters little, as the timing of the cover could not have been worse in many people’s eyes.

There is a growing contingent, this writer included, that believes Jill is the one pushing Joe Biden to stay in the race because Jill is more than likely the one running the show right now.

If Jill is not the de facto president, she is surely part of a group making decisions right now.

Noting the cover and Jill’s apparent thirst for attention and power, Sara Isgur, an editor at the Dispatch, observed, “At some point, after so many warnings, it starts to look like this is why the Biden family won’t let him leave the race.”

Conservative commentator James Fischback added, “There has never been a more maniacal, power-obsessed first lady than Jill Biden.”

And GOP operative Matt Gorman piled on, “The idea that folks who’ve fallen in love with the relevance and fame that Biden has brought them will willingly give that up is hilarious.”

Democrats, of course, gush over Jill Biden, but that is more than likely because they don’t want to feel her wrath.

Make no mistake about it, my friends… Jill is the one wielding the power right now, not Joe.
