A past picture of First Lady Jill Biden cooking on a gas stove has drawn attention as Democrats seek to ban the appliance.
The photo, originally from September 2020, has gone viral after the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is considering a ban on gas stoves because of indoor air pollutants.

"The Biden Administration is now weighing a nationwide ban on gas stoves," Arizona Republican Rep. Andy Biggs tweeted.
"Tens of millions of Americans use gas stoves. They're affordable, practical, and popular," he added. "Enough with this woke garbage!"
The gas stove ban proposal is already highly unpopular. Jill Biden's photo and the ensuing comments simply give the issue more attention among the American public.
