Jared Kushner: Remember, Illegals are People Too

Kushner recently had a book published; for some reason, he remains a media darling.

So, he was asked his opinion on DeSantis and Abbott sending the illegals to sanctuary cities.

To me, at least, his answer was not surprising, but he caught a lot of people off guard.

I have always blasted Kushner for the liberal policies that were put in place when Trump was president.

When asked about the program, he stated, “I personally watch what’s happening, and it’s very hard to see at the southern border … We have to remember that these are human beings, they’re people, so seeing them being used as political pawns one way or the other is very troubling to me.

He continued, “People don’t talk enough about the fact that these people are lured into these journeys by the coyotes, they’re paying a lot of money.

“I think 80 percent of women are sexually assaulted along the way.

“They come into America, they don’t have papers, many of them are exploited … so it’s a very sad situation.”

The line of them paying a lot of money is comical because I thought they were coming here because they did not have any money.

You can see why my empathy meter is running low on this subject.
