James Bond Actress Pamela Salem Dead At 80

Famous actress Pamela Salem, known for appearances in the James Bond film franchise, has died.

Salem was 80 years old.

The cause of Salem’s death has not been released.

We would like to take a moment to honor Salem and her incredible career.

Bond fans may remember Salem as “Miss Moneypenny” in Never Say Never Again, the 1983 James Bond film.

However, Salem was not just a Bond girl, she was also very big in the audiobook community.

Her production company, Big Finish Productions, shared a statement on her death.

“Everyone at Big Finish was shocked and saddened to learn of the passing of our friend and colleague Pamela Salem on 21 February 2024 at the age of 80,” the statement said.

The statement even included words from Ken Bentley, a famous director.

“Every time Pamela walked into the studio she brought the Florida sunshine with her. She was such great company, always smiling, with so much enthusiasm for the small things in life that bring us all joy, like walking your dog along the beach. She had many gifts but her superpower was her ability to single-handedly restore your faith in human nature,” Bentley said.

There are not many that get to say they led such an incredible, accomplished life during their time on earth.

Salem was one of the fortunate people that could look back on her life and be proud of all she has done.

Not only did she land an iconic role that people still talk about years later, but people also still choose to remark on what a beautiful spirit she had, one that surpassed even her acting prowess.

That is a true testament to the amazing person she appears to have been.

We pray for anyone grieving the loss of the beautiful Pamela Salem during this tragic time.

May Pamela Salem rest in peace.
