J6 Defendant Re-arrested After Multiple Threats

Some people just don’t learn.

Bradly Nelson, one of the many January 6 defendants, has been arrested again.

This time, it is because Nelson allegedly made threats against Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett and Attorney General Merrick Garland.

In Custody

Nelson was first arrested in March 2023 for his role in the riot at the Capitol on January 6, 2021.

This week, a judge granted the Department of Justice the authority to re-arrest Nelson over alleged comments he had posted against the AG and the justice.

According to the DOJ, he posted, “I pray to God with all my [expletive] heart that somebody cuts your [expletive] throat from ear to ear you worthless piece of [expletive].”

That post was made alongside an image of Justice Amy Coney Barrett.

The comment was made after Barrett sided with the liberal justices in Fischer v. United States, a ruling that could help Nelson in his case. He appears to have taken exception to the fact that even though the decision fell in his favor, Barrett was part of the dissent.

He also allegedly posted an image of Garland with crosshairs on the picture in July 2024, and a similar image of New York Attorney General Letitia James in February 2024.

On the James image, he reportedly posted that he would “give every [expletive] thing I have to watch that [expletive]’s head explode, or at least the back of her head blowout.”

His page also featured threatening comments about two of the FBI agents who were investigating his case.

In the order, the judge wrote, “While that date has not been set, the Court finds sufficient basis for detention for that (hopefully brief) period due to Nelson’s escalating rhetoric.”

This is what happens when both sides are whipping up supporters.

They stir the pot, and the American people pay the price for believing what they are told to do.

This is exactly why I fear that regardless of the outcome of this election, our country is going to get ripped to shreds come November.
